Reorganization and rescue from bankruptcy of today one of the leading IT companies in RSM, with over 200 employees and an estimated value of over 30 million euros.

In 2014 we served more than 100 customers.

Assistance and support of foreign investment in obtaining a concession and restarting two mines in RSM, worth over 20 million euros.

Receivables collected for our clients of over 1 million euros.

Especially proud of the participation in the largest Venture Capital investment in Macedonia in the IT sector and that we managed to help our clients in collecting their receivables worth more than 3 million euros.

Legal assistance and support in securing one of the first licenses for cultivation of cannabis for medical purposes for a client whose total investment exceeds 20 million euros.

More than 5 million euros collected in receivables for our clients.

Legal assistance and support to the client in the process of providing documentation and support in the construction of a tourist residential complex worth more than 5 million euros.

We have successfully  represent and won for a USA company Arbitration process in front the Arbitration court in Skopje, in corporate case worth more then 16.000.000,000 denars. Several of our clients made the top 20 most profitable companies in North Macedonia for the  fiscal year 2021.

We worked on the restructuring of one of the largest IT companies in Macedonia, and its takeover by a large US IT company. The value of the transaction, $5 million with the possibility of further increase.
